As Additional Director General (Personnel Services) he oversaw human-resources management and policy for Army personnel, serving as first appellate for pensionary matters and running the implementation cell for legal cases. He also served as a Senior Military Observer with the United Nations Peace Keeping Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo, handling over 800 military observers from more than 85 countries.

A post-graduate in management from IIM Ahmedabad (1971), Mr. Mundra worked with Hindustan Lever Ltd. for about 24 years—across two countries (India and Indonesia) and three businesses (Personal Products, Detergents, and Exports)—in both financial and general-management roles, including a three-year secondment to Unilever’s Indonesian subsidiary.

Over a working career spanning more than 45 years he has been associated with professional bodies in finance, taxation, and exports, and active at the policy-making level with leading industry chambers. He serves on the Managing Committee of the Indian Cancer Society as Joint Management Trustee and Honorary Treasurer.

A corporate lawyer for 35 years—a long-serving General Counsel now in full-time litigation practice since 2015—with a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Delhi. He is a partner at Commercial Law Chamber and appears as arguing counsel before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, NCLTs, the NGT, APTEL, and arbitral tribunals.

His last corporate assignment was as General Counsel & Director Public Policy at Cairn Energy until 2015; earlier he was Director Corporate Legal for the Times of India Group. He has been actively associated with Government of India committees and working groups on legal reform.

A strategist and communicator focused on tactical implementation, with established international solution-partner relationships for bidding and winning large EPC contracts through consortia and joint ventures across geographies.

His domain experience covers process automation in Oil & Gas, Power, and Safe & Smart Cities, with a current focus on business development for industry, smart cities, and critical infrastructure across India and selected global opportunities. A certified project-management professional and tendering specialist with more than 31 years in leadership roles at organisations including Larsen & Toubro, Punj Lloyd, and HFCL.

He is a subject-matter expert in project management and execution, planning, budgeting, procurement, subcontracting, bidding, and estimation—having delivered large projects across railway telecom, solar PV, water treatment, oil & gas (refineries, cross-country pipelines, petrochemicals, LNG), nuclear, fertiliser, and steel plants.

An Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association. She holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from Sambalpur University, Odisha, and completed a Comparative study of American and International Law (CAIL) at the South Western Institute for International and Comparative Law, Texas, USA.

Her key areas of practice include constitutional law, arbitration, commercial transactions, criminal law, compensation and consumer law, direct and indirect taxes, environmental law, family law, labour and service matters, and property issues. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court and also handles pro bono matters.

A former officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers with a 38-year career in the Indian Railways, he superannuated at the rank equivalent to Additional Secretary to the Government of India (Level 16). A Mechanical Engineer qualified through the Council of Engineering Institutions, London, his expertise spans production planning, contract management, technology transfer, rolling stock manufacturing, workshop and asset management, and railway operations.

He held several of the highest leadership positions in the Indian Railways, including General Manager of the Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, and General Manager, Southern Railway—a zone of nearly 1.5 lakh employees. His career further includes appointments as Chief Administrative Officer, IROAF; Divisional Railway Manager, Bhopal; and Executive Director (Mechanical Engineering) and Director (Planning) at the Railway Board.

He continues to serve as an Independent Director, railway consultant, and Senior Contract Specification Expert for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (Bullet Train) Project, and as an arbitrator, having concluded more than twenty-five railway arbitration matters. He strengthens the firm’s capabilities in railway contracts, infrastructure projects, public procurement, engineering disputes, arbitration, transportation law, and government policy.

A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 35 years in the corporate sector, including significant international experience. He held senior management positions across Indian industry, most recently with the Essar Group as Chief (Corporate Finance) at Essar Steel and CFO (New Projects) in the Metal & Mineral vertical.

He brings deep domain knowledge in finance, M&A, strategic planning, risk management, project development, and general management. As an advisor he focuses on corporate finance and IBC; sustainable value creation and financing for agriculture, agritech, and edtech start-ups; and business and project development in the steel and coal industries.

A B.Tech Chemical Engineer from IIT Delhi with more than 30 years of experience in projects, manufacturing operations, and global supply-chain management. He has worked with multinationals including Cadbury’s, Duracell, and Warner-Lambert, as well as reputed Indian companies such as Ballarpur Industries and The Global Green Co. Ltd.

He built Reliance Retail’s distribution network across India—more than sixty distribution centres across thirteen states servicing over seven hundred outlets. He completed a leadership programme at the Centre for Creative Leadership (2001) and several certified management programmes at IIM Ahmedabad. Specialties: supply-chain management, manufacturing operations, project management, and financial restructuring / CDR.
